Global Skills Share is a joint Randstad Education and VSO initiative allowing teachers to share skills, build capabilities, promote international understanding and action and ultimately to change lives and make the world a fairer place for all.
Through sponsorship
Randstad Education is giving three primary teachers or education managers with a minimum of three years' management experience the opportunity to volunteer through the VSO programme as teacher support officers in Ghana, by providing supply cover to the applicants' schools free of charge for the full three months of their placement.

VSO
VSO is an international development charity that uses the skills of experienced professionals to work alongside local colleagues.
