Manchester SEN EY supply teaching
Over the last 15 years, the Manchester Special Needs and Early Years team have established themselves as market leaders within both sectors across the whole Greater Manchester region. At present there are 5 members of the team working in the office with over 20 years experience, making us one of the largest SEN and EY units in the company.
We provide effective, competitive and specialist education provision for some of the most vulnerable young people in the community. The team currently work together with the majority of SEN schools, offering experienced and skilled professionals. Our candidates are specialised in working alongside children and young people with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties, Autism, Mild, Severe and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Aspergers Disorder, Hearing and Visual impairments and children who use Outreach Local Authority Services. We employ Specialist Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, Mentors, Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Tutors. Our Early Years team provide support to various Early Years provisions. We provide Nursery Assistants, Crèche workers, Qualified Level 2 and 3 Nursery Nurses, Room Leaders, Deputy Managers and Managers.
We were the first agency in the country to offer Team Teach training to our candidates free of charge. In addition, we host Behaviour Management Training, written and delivered by a Local Authority Behavioural Consultant, an Introduction to SEN and Autism Awareness.
