We undertake assignments to recruit academic school leaders
- Head Teachers / Principals, Deputy Heads / Vice Principals
and Senior Leadership Team members on both a permanent and an
interim basis.
We also undertake assignments for Local Authorities,
providing interim and permanent solutions to their schools and
their advisory teams.
We recognise that the appointment of a new Head/Principal is
one of the greatest opportunities that a governing body or
sponsor will address. We provide bespoke programmes supporting
Schools and Academies through this process, working with all
parties in identification and selection, then offer
comprehensive, personalised support for the newly appointed
Leader.
