Required for 8th May 2012. A full-time teaching position is available for an enthusiastic, motivated 'team-player' to work as part of our friendly and hard-working staff. You will have the ability to inspire children in their learning and have recent experience of teaching Year 2 children, KS1 SAT's & APP.
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice and who has experience of working with a skills based curriculum. Competence in the use of ICT to support learning and the ability to use a wide range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all children is essential.
The post is offered on a temporary basis only and will be in Year 2 for the Summer Term. The contract will also extend to the end of the Autumn Term and, although whilst not guaranteed, is likely to remain a KS1 role. There could be an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on the role of SENCO for the duration of the contract.
