*Teaching Assistant/ Nursery Nurse Level3* (Ref: SE412750)

Randstad Education are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses, to work in a large number of inner city schools in the Preston area for a wide range of positions from day to day roles, long term positions and permanent jobs.

Working on supply is a great way to gain valuable experience in different schools, and help you to decide what type of school is right for you. You will have the opportunity to make yourself known with local schools and be able to demonstrate first hand what you can offer them. Day to Day assignments often lead to long term work which can in turn sometimes result to you achieving a permanent position.

We are looking for support assistants who have an excellent work ethic and a genuine desire to help children reach their full potential. Are creative and can contribute to schools overall visions and aims. Can work effectively as part of a team.

Job Duties include:
>Assisting the class teacher in supporting the development of learning.
>Preparation of resources for lessons nd activities.
>To work as part of a team for the provision of a learning orientated environment.
>To monitor and record the progress and development of the pupils.

Candidates will need to have the following:
>NVQ in childcare or equivalent
>A good standard of Maths and English.
>Recent and Referenceable experience of supporting learning in a similar environment.
>Excellent communication skills.
>A positive, friendly and supportive attitude and a pro- active approach to tasks at hand.

Driving license is desirable due to the location of some schools, but is not essential. You must be willing to work at short notice.
