Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a Blackburn primary school. this is to work initially with a group of pupils in upper key stage 2. The successful candidate will:
•Have recent and successful experience of supporting SEN pupils with English and Maths and a good knowledge of the national curriculum expectations for these subjects
•Have excellent behaviour management skills
•Be able to use initiative and work independently to ensure that pupils are sufficiently stimulated and motivated to learn
•Have a good knowledge of a range of special educational needs.
