Description
Local Cover Supervisors are required for secondary schools in and around Luton.
Days and hours required will vary depending on the schools requirement.
Interested applicants must have excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
Appointed candidates will need to supervise and deliver work that has been set in accordance with the school policy to a class of approximately 25 - 30 students.
Good classroom management and communication is essential as you will have to liaise between both students and class teachers. The school will rely upon you to make sure all work set is completed to as good standard/level as possible.
You must have:
- a minimum of 6 months experience working in schools
- strong classroom management
- Ambition and want to be successful
