Description
Child Support Assistant required in Hull to work with secondary age pupils with behavioural difficulties.
This will be classroom based and you will be the first point of contact for the pupils. Such pupils can be demanding, disruptive, aggressive and consequently difficult to support. You will also need to liaise with outside agencies and home visits may be required. The role will involve raising self-esteem at every opportunity, ensuring a consistent approach to the child's behavioural difficulties.
Immediate start with the opportunity to go long term. The post will be 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday including school holidays.
To be part of this team you will ideally have a minimum of six months experience of working in a similar environment.
