• face-to-face interview
• qualification checks
• two references (including the most recent teaching post)
• criminal records bureau (CRB) check
• protection of children act list (POCAL) check
• list 99 check
• personal identification confirmation check

Our child safety officer ensures that our recruitment standards are maintained to the highest possible standards, whilst being on hand to advise you of all child safety issues as these are affected by recruitment.
