Our teachers and teaching assistants will arrive at your school prepared to be flexible with teaching and learning styles, meeting the individual needs of children where possible. In secondary schools, they will come to teach with subject-specific resources. When called upon for urgent, short-term assignments, they will be prepared to provide general classroom management and cover. Work will be marked in line with learning objectives, following the school?s specific policy wherever possible to provide effective continuous assessment that will inform future work.

Randstad Education provides a variety of CPD opportunities to support and develop our teaching staff, including behaviour management training, Team-Teach training, interactive whiteboard training and much more. We constantly review our training and development policy and are keen to respond to your specific training requests to meet the individual needs of your school.

For every booking we will take regular feedback from the school to monitor the suitability and effectiveness of the supply teacher. For long-term appointments a quality performance review will be undertaken. We also conduct regular service visits to client schools to ensure they receive a consistent level of quality service.
