The Chickenshed and Randstad Education partnership has been formed to help increase Chickenshed's reach, through those schools working with Randstad Education's nationwide network of offices, to bring its inclusion ethos and educational benefits to thousands of children. Opportunities will open for a selection of these schools to take an active role in Chickenshed theatre, workshops, courses and outreach projects.

Chickenshed is a theatre company which uses an inclusive creative process. Everyone is welcome and everyone is valued. Chickenshed shares its unique methodology by running children's and youth theatre workshops for young people, education courses and outreach projects through a network of satellite 'Sheds' across the country.

The partnership offers increased services through a holistic approach for the whole school, its children and their families. An inclusive bursary, launched by the partnership, will assist students in being accepted on to its education programmes, which are accredited to BTEC and Foundation degree standards.

This stimulating and progressive partnership will help young people from all social and economic backgrounds, races and abilities, to learn creatively alongside each other with no barriers, and no labels, thereby creating a truly diverse and inclusive environment.

Randstad Education is currently working with Chickenshed to offer scheduling details of future Randstad Education sponsored Chickenshed performances for schools, as well as pre-performance workshops dedicated to students.
