accredited induction programme at our Training Academy, leading
to gaining the Certificate in Recruitment Practice. This will
focus you on understanding your job role, the industry and our
specialist market sector, legislative procedures, and sales
training.
Ongoing performance management programmes are designed to
support you further in your career through work based training
and coaching, tailor-made development courses and
workshops.
Our Management Development Programme offers a three year
development plan that provides you with key management skills,
from coaching staff to business planning. Throughout the three
year programme you are given the opportunity to gain the
knowledge and confidence to take that first step into
Management.
