The Recruitment and Employment Confederation's Code of Good
Recruitment Practice has been created in consultation with
industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC
conduct their businesses ethically and to the highest standards
and to promote good practice within REC membership.
Randstad Education is a corporate member and therefore
follows and adheres to the strict operating guidelines issued
by the REC Education Division Code of Practice. The Code is
legally binding and acts as a safeguard for schools to ensure
all agencies who are members work to consistent standard.
