
Investors In People
The Investors In People Standard is a framework for
delivering business improvement through people. Developed in
1990, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance
and realise objectives through the management and development
of their people. Since it was developed the Standard has been
reviewed every three years to ensure that it remains relevant,
accessible and attractive to all.
Randstad Education is a recognised IIP organisation. The
framework ensures that organisations meet the same criteria as
other organisations although allowing each company to be
individual in finding the most suitable means for achieving
success through their people.
